I mean sure she ends up with the prince, but that doesn’t mean she was happy with him. He’s already referred to her as his possession, and she has no choice but to do whatever he orders, that’s an abusive relationship no matter how you look at it, nor does she seem to particularly like him. The circumstances were the same in the original, and I would be highly surprised if she led a happy life in that relationship, not that she could of escaped it if she wanted to.
still a love hate relationship with helena just bc ik she doesn’t have the authority to stop things from happening. but i keep remembering that in the original novel that she still ends up with the crown prince happy af in their relationship. the only difference now is that the original mc isn’t alive anymore.
