At some point u maybe right, it can be just a subtext and shoujo ai tag is add there because its about two girls living together, same as Shinmai Shimai futari no gohan is also tag as shoujo ai and also it's about two girls(stepsisters) but nothing more is going to happen. So this one can be similar, even though i wouldn't mind Nozomi and Shino as a couple.
Tip : When there is a "Shoujo Ai tag" = mostly means subtext and no "Yuri" tag , don't expect to much from it.javascript:;
If you look up this manga on MAL then you can notice there isn't even a shoujo ai tag.
I do still kind of hope for them to become a couple since they keep teasing us, but I mainly want both of them to overcome their grief and move on. That's what this story is mainly about, imo.
Sure, that is the point of the story imo, them overcoming their grief and moving on. But this has a "Subtext" tag on Dynasty and the author is Kuzushiro ,so them becoming something else isn't really unexpected
People are expecting a yuri route. But I don't think there's any yuri in this manga whatsoever. I don't see the Nozomi x Shino route. I mean, I know there's a shoujo ai tag. But I think there's no ship that's going to happen at all.
