Unfortunately, he was raped by the previous queen when he was young(around 15 yrs.old in korean age or 13-14 yrs.old in the US) not too sure 'bout this one but the king's mother wanted him to have a child or successor for future purposes if something were to happen to him and the previous queen also had the same thoughts added with the greed for power or the throne too. He was drugged that night happened and after that was afraid of any physical contact with any women.
