Vintner hadn't meet Penelope before the isekaid Penelope got there, hence the no hostile thing, and the crown prince, he's just a crazy tyrant. I think the most kind and easy to deal with was the slave, which was also why Penelope decided to go with him instead of the other ML routes. Also, everyone's reacting differently from the past because this wasn't the original Penelope. Anyway everyone there is trash but the brothers and father are trashier. Vinter, meh he sucks too.
