Probably not for a while, it will probably take her quite a while to see him as man and then another while to realize her feeling for him. My guess is that most season 2 will be for her developing her feeling, and then near the end something big will happen that will require him to save her and then when she finally realize her feeling season 2 end.

I hope I am wrong, but it certainly feel like this the direction the author want to take.
