Oohh, my fault . I think chihwan might've woken up and thought that the past few chapters with sooin as a vampire were just a dream and that sooin really did die that day, instead of become a vampire. If that makes sense

Chihwan hasn't even realised sooin is gone yet. The last pages are just sooin imagining scenarios of how chihwan might react. Though when chihwan does realise sooin is gone in 'real life' he does become extremely anxious and think something bad might've happened to sooin and cries when he sees sooin is actually safe and was just popping to the shop to buy him a ring.
