Omgg she literally hasn't improved at all. If he said stop and it hurt she should've stopped instead of shoving it in. She could've taken it slow, loosened him up a bit more since its his first time, but she didn't take his feelings into consideration at all and just focused selfishly on fulfilling her own desires.
