youngwoo forged the relationship to begin with... he jumped taejoo because he liked him and he saw him as vulnerable... taejoo was drunk and youngwoo took advantage... that was what I hated the most. I think taejoo only took responsibility for sleeping with him. and ofc it formed into a relationship. I don't think because of love, but because Taejoo was lonely and wanted company. and why he couldn't leave youngwoo when mc returned was because of the guilt he would feel for leaving him just because MC came back... or quite possibly he was still heartbroken and didn't want to come back to him... but in the end he missed him
