Can someone tell me how the hell did Gin-chan grow his hand back? like seriously... did he drink Shoyo's blood or what?

I was confused about it too, chapter 585 was messy but to me it looked like he didn't lose his hand/fingers completely, just got it crushed really badly by Kamui's hit.
