No its not,present hoshik and hyung are in the modern era while the chapter we saw showed a more old era,i believe it is hyung's 2nd life where hoshik wasn't born but he kept having dreams about his first life,about hoshik being his lover and him dying in that life and how this memories of his 1st life lead his 2nd life to death because of depression.
