i honestly don’t think doha is being led on, i think woohyun has genuine feelings for him and is trying to get over his crush on the teacher, but again i haven’t read the raws so i may be wrong
you may be right about his feelings but even if he's doing it unconsciously bc he has some feelings for doha he hasn't confirmed yet, the fact that he still has intentions towards the teacher significant enough to lead to him confessing still means that he's leading the other person, doha, on. at least, for me, that's how it is

Well I mean their bet is not over. They have until graduation. I think what’s gonna ultimately happen is that Woohyun is gonna confess to the teacher just to be able to move on. & Woohyun is becoming more aware of Doha
I don’t think he’s leading on Doha b/c woohyun didn’t make any promises he just accepted Doha’s deal. Which Doha said he had until graduation to make him fall in love with him. Woohyun would be leading Doha if he approached him to get over the teacher, but he wasn’t the one that approached it was Doha. & yeah it seems unfair but Doha made this deal knowing Woohyun had feelings for the teacher. We can’t expect him to get rid of his feeling of 2 years. & ultimately this is a bet, meaning Doha is gonna win or he’s gonna loose. There was never a guarantee that his feelings were gonna be reciprocated, but he still chose this.
I mean, sure, you can have that take. but I prefer exoecting accountability even for passive participation if ya know what I mean. leading people on doesn't necessarily involve bad intentions after all
