My answer will be based on the title instead since I don't really get your post. If you can't find the manhwa that you were looking for, maybe because no one has uploaded them yet or it might have a different title (like an alternative title).
That's because the uploaders are being respectful or just scared that their asses will get sued
Also, many Korean authors called out illegal uploaders and threatened to file a lawsuit through Twitter
Now, it worked but some uploader still uploads even though they have been called out by the authors on Twitter
Like for example Midas who uploads Mad Place the author found her Insta and Twitter account
she got called out by the author on Twitter got her insta and Twitter reported yet she still uploads
Wait let me make it more clear
The authors use twitter and they would tweet about "stop uploading my work illegally or I will file a lawsuit" and now the uploaders would see it. They either get scared and stop uploading or won't care and continue uploading/translating
And, uhm.. some authors would dm the uploader and ask them to stop but they get a rude response or a polite response
Woah but it's just so cool that no one literally uploaded it even though it's kinda popular and already completed. I somehow respect the uploader for listening to the authors
I'm not disappointed, mad, frustrated or anything because some manhwa were not uploaded. I'm just curious how come the author talked to this site or to those uploaders to not upload their works and it really worked that even from other sites, it's not uploaded. Not gonna mention what manhwas are there but there are few. Please don't be mad at me just curious why it worked that they really didn't upload it and listen to the authors T_T
