Ci Nian and Qu Cheng have a right to revenge on that XinNian and his father. Why is it taking so long,...Not only did his father allow him to be sent to prison for 5 years, but also made his life a living hell because he was born with a womb AND gay. He hates guys. So thats how that turned out with why I think his father went out of his way to find the illegitimate child XinNian. I also think he was the cause of Ci's mother's death. Stole her family cookbook too!
XinNian did a sh*t load to bad stuff. He slept with Ci Nian's then BF, Murdered Ci Nian's Grandfather, then had Ci Nian framed for the murder and abuse of himself on Ci Nian, who later spent 5 years in prison wrongfully. Ci Nian was estranged by his remaining family for the grandfather's death also. So I believe Ci Nian can make that bastard suffer for 5 long years, slowly. End game, I think Ci looking to put either one in a mental institute and the other in a correctional institute, or both together. Maybe even dead. Who knows.
Qu Cheng was just fckn with XinNian in the beginning because of his Peacock. And XinNian was trying to get in Cheng pants too! Not really trying to kill him. BUT, when XinNian paid someone to kill/hurt Cheng's lover, and the guy hit Ci Nian and Baby Wowo with a car and speed off, it became personal then.
I think the author is fine. This is no different from soap operas on tv. Y & R still going strong. It wouldn't be a drama without sh*t popping up all the time. Glad I'm not the only one(fictional or not) that this sh*i happens to all the time. Life is grand and I personally really like reading DOTC. I'm pretty sure I missed some reasons, but oh well. I am always looking forward to how they FCK with the Xus' business/lives again. Once again, I hope they do it slowly.ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
