This... this was good at the start, then the story started getting both simple and overly complicated, sometimes it felt like the author was shoving cliche scenario after cliche scenario just for the sake of creating a new subplot, also, the frustruatingly slow-burn progression of the main couple's relationship with so much misunderstanding and drama.. sure it was great and angsty, I do understand the doubts the MC has about Jean but at one point you start to feel like skipping chapters because everything's getting repetitive.
I'm giving this two stars out of respect for the translators and the author/artist's hard work, and also because I liked it at the beginning, although if you like complex (a bit repetitive) dog-blood drama stories with a slowburn (They love each other?? Trust each other??? YET they also doubt each other, at one point I even hated the MC T^T, also their cirumstances force them apart) relationship in it, I'm sure you'll like it.
