can the person who uploaded chap 8 reupload it again pls?

I submitted a report about it but it’s been pending the last few days. I’m hoping it might be fixed soon but idk at this point, a report I submitted a lot later already got processed so I’m not sure if I just did it wrong or what. Not sure if I should try sending in another report or just wait it out ¯_(ツ)_/¯
