Actually the tag shounen ai should generally mean that it shouldn’t have any adult content or at least isn’t depicted in the story. You might be thinking of Yaoi, while is like an adult version of shounen ai, which is why I’m super confused how people keep saying it’s pedophilia. Shounen ai is usually cutesy fluff or sad as heck makes you cry depression kinda fluff.
Oh I would also like to add, there ARE some that have sexual intimacy but they are less emphasised and more just fanservice which I doubt there would be any here considering it wouldn’t be appropriate.

I really find them soo cuteee (づ￣ ³￣)づ This maybe a shonen ai but I'm hoping that the l adult stuffs will only happen when tsubaki's at a right age. Plus I can see that the oniichan doesn't seem to take tsubaki that seriously as from his conversation with anzai at the recent chap and sees him as just a doting cute little brother/neighbor.
