Yes, the Omega did got pregnant and have a son at the end of the story but that is the beta's and omega's child together in the future (FYI: since his partner is a Beta instead of an Alpha, it really takes time for them to have a child since it's difficult for the Omega to conceive one with a Beta but they broke the barrier and succeed to conceive a child).
Chinese and Japanese raws were already up way before the English version and someone has given a summary of the whole manga before it was translated into English. It's okay to make your own predictions about what's gonna happen but you shouldn't make or force someone else to agree with your predictions/suggestions especially with that condemning way you're telling them.
