Because how many other Mangas have a confession with a kiss and the person says "thank you but I'm sorry I can't return your feelings". This happens in real life too. However the fact that Shou keep giving his emotional self to another girl is much closer to cheating. An unrequited kiss is 1 thing, sharing emotions and feelings is much much deeper.
On another note why the f#^$ did it say another chapter uploaded and there wasn't 1. I waited 6 months to only get 1 chapter and then be teased less than 24hrs later ╥﹏╥
