Its not even pretty bad i can even read it they are just over reacting or there phone must have a bad quality

Apparently the original uploaders requested that the new uploader do this. They weren't happy with their own work and thought the new uploader did better, so wanted their work replaced.
It actually was bad quality, it was enough that the person who had uploaded asked themselves for the New Uploader to replace the chapters and removed them.
Why do you keep on rreuploading the chapters when some of the chapters are not bad quality thou
