ummm maybe because her father is a hybrid between a lycan and a vampire...and i think the lycan blood is much stronger than the vampire...
The "purebloods" were does that originated from the evil lycan leader. He gave them someof his hybrid blood which made them stronger. So since the babys father is a hybrid as well the child had the potential to become a "pureblood"

He is a pureblood but he is also weird in the sense that I believe both his parents were female lycans(gis dad was like dude in our main couple) and so he is special in a way since this was veeeery taboo.

Why is it bad that the baby is a pure blood? Also how is she a pure blood? Isn’t one of them a vampire or was a vampire? Or had a vampire parent??
