Both of them are annoying (the uke and the father). We don't even know why the uke wants to do western desserts, maybe to do a fusion with the japanese ones? But as of chapter 2, I don't see it. The french guy who suddenly wants to become the apprentice kinda ruined the uke's chances to let his father know if that was the case. Good job.
