Everything was already animated

I haven’t read everything but the anime ended with the graduation same with the manga :)

Everything hasn't been animated... They skipped alot and condensed it... Read it from the start. It's better (they didn't animate the scene where Horimiya did IT )

Just start from the beginning cuz the anime skipped a lot of part and have the same ending so you can't just start reading the manga from anywhere else.
