Last time I read a comment about someone thinking we shouldn't be too quick to judge the ml (already forgot his name because he's irrelevant) for confessing to the teacher in the future because he might have done it to just give up on him but here, as you can see, he literally admitted to wanting to confess and if the teacher had accepted, they would've become lovers.
