The problem is that he did not look this tiny when the story started. Go back to Ch.1 and you’ll see that he looks like a normal short dude. Over time the artist just shrunk him into a child, for whatever reason. It is very unsettling at this point.

And yes, him being **over feminized** is a problem, gay men already get heteronormalized to hell, you're just reinforcing gender roles and stereotypes onto queer people by making one "feminine" and one "masc".
And notice how i said over feminized?? I wouldn't have a problem if he was just feminine, but the author clearly just made him look straight up like a women with a dick, not to mention that she assigned him the submissive role in the gay relationship, which just feeds into the saying "the girl in the relationship".

You have to be stupid if you cant see a problem with a smut drawn of an adult that looks extremely young both body and face, and is over feminized so he can fit the "women" role better.
