I would assume they threw it away because they didn't keep it
from what i remember, they left it in from jiwon’s old apartment as a sign of “moving on for the next chapter of their life”
This is my 2nd time reading this and I'm stil confused and curious about this...
What happened to the mask after they move in to their new apartment? Did they keep it? Leave it to the old apartment or what?
