I guess that would make sense If this was real life but this is a comic and it would most likely be an unnecessary detail if the author doesn't plan to make them break the contract in the future
The point of the contract is to have their deal in writing. So that if the other party starts to fx syphathise with the Heroin, FL can bring out the contract and say "the deal is off, we are getting a devorce".
The marriage is there to protect them both from being political pieces for the families royals and other nobels.
No the point of contract is that in case one exploits/restricts other's life and actions ..then they can bring it out
But tbh the fact that these people have already such toxic families... Wt if the people they form contract with did something bad as well :3 its not hard to do that
I just realised, that kind of contracts its kinda pointless, what they're gonna do if one part break the contract? leak the contract to the world and be judge? kill the other? they don't even mention what happends if the contract is broken, its like Lucia they have a contract but nothing will happens if they break it xD
