I didn't find the manga but there's a novel for you to read in wattpad(according to what I've read in some sources). I haven't search it yet cuz I'm afraid I'll get attached again to the characters knowing there's tragedy gonna happen(￣∇￣"). Hope this helps you for even just a little bit...
