Yeah it is true i just read the 3 story just now, it seems that Kido IS the one who has some sort of lingering feelings toward Rio, remember on that vol. 2 when both of em in a car and Rio put his head on Kido's shoulder and Kido said, "its that kinda urge again" while looking at Rio's face. But i think it is pretty inappropriate when i read vol. 1 after the 3 of em drinking together and Rio drunk and clung into Kido and Kido said "urg disgusting" (even if hes kidding its too much) when he was the one initiated their first time sleeping together and on that vol. 2 could still have the urge to kiss him in that car and think bout the past. I wouldnt say that Rio is a normal fellow, but i dont think he is weird either. He's just quite a complicated person who need someone who can understand him and accept him the way he is.
And i think this 3 stories IS GOOD. Idk why its so underrated. Obv its not a 'fluffy' story, but still.. Ig only a serious bl's reader would found the beauty of this story. No offense tho.

personally, that's what i think rio's turning point in their relationship and also the main focus in this volume.. Rio showing how much he loves kuzumi, but then WHY AM I SEEING COMMENTS SOMETHING ABOUT HIM HAVING FEELINGS TO KIDO? I just finished reading the volume 2 and to tell y'all, kido's thoughts at the end of that volume seems to point out that he's the one who still has lingering feelings towards rio and not the other way around. And seeing the timeline of that, rio consulting kido about that moving out with kuzumi so it's pretty present time, SO WHY AM I SEEING THE COMMENTS POINTING OUT RIO REALLY DOESN'T LOVE KUZUMI? is it rio's words when he was in the train? that kido's the one he's holding? just so you know, there are follow up statements after he said that, coming to the conclusion that he's thinking kido as his first and one and only friend. arghh y'all stressing me out on my birthday lmao
