I kinda forgot the story because it’s been a while since I’ve picked this back up, but could it be that FL has tuberculosis? idk just weird thought cause I think I remember it mentioning she coughed blood and the disease is known to be hypothetically genetically inherited. However, it might not be because tuberculosis is highly contagious, so it wouldn’t make sense that just her family is exclusively affected.
