Ok I have a theory. Maybe the guys who is at the end of ch. 21 sitting with his laptop is someone who pays that killer guy (forgot his name) to watch some show involved with sexual activity and murder.
It somehow reminds me of that movie named Hostel. A so called elite club where high class people payed to see a show where others got killed where they put their money on it.
