In which manga have you read that alphas can't mate with other omegas? Omegas are always the victims cz they can only mate with one Alpha and it's very painful been in other relationship as they don't get w3t and his @$$ close to other alphas. In some mangas, they mate with other alpha but it's really painful.
As for the alphas, as they don't get a bite or anything, they have the possibility to find other partners and mate again. That's why normally all mangas have pitiful omegas with no neck bites or proud alphas who feel use by people until they fall in love (-_- )ﾉ⌒┫ ┻ ┣

in other mangas i’ve read, the alpha can mate with another omega but that makes the previous omega they bit not their mate anymore. so from what i understand an alpha can have a new mate but not multiple mates, while an omega can only have one for their whole life. tbh idk if that applies here since in lots of other mangas you can’t sense the phermones of your own family or you have the same phermones as them and therefore you won’t be turned on by it even if you smell it. and that doesn’t apply here so i honestly don’t know.
So the love between the twins is not romantically, it's more like a responsibility to each other but not just as mates, as twins too. And it looks like the omegaverse system in this manga is different to others. The alpha can mate with others.
