im also a bit confused but he said he has legs when he's on land, i guess snake form is more comfortable for him tho
He has legs, he explained this before in the story. His form comes out in water because he has more control on land, but just then Nagi was in his heat and told the bottom (lol I can't remember his name) that when he is in heat he can't control his forms that well. So when the bottom came up to him in a venerable moment he lost control and turned into his dragon form.
So…. Does he have legs? Or is his top half human and the other half snake/dragon? Cause I remember seeing his legs in some parts but no legs in the others. I’m so confused (⊙…⊙ )
