I think he's from the same high school, he calls Ritsu by his given name, so he is probably his friend/former classmate. He also calls Takano "Anta"(rude way of saying you) and "the guy that dumped Ritsu."

So on the second thought, he's most likely (Kiyomiya) to be his friend or even old lover (as I haven't read the whole chapter and base my translation solely on the spoiler pics, it's hard to say what the connection between them really is)

I was confused and then I realized this is basically just the sex scene that's in the chapter lol can't wait for a better scan with full chapter, this one is super fuzzy and is straining my eyes trying to read the dialogue

Kiyomiya Nao was Ritsu`s roommate while he was studying abroad. Ritsu claims there was nothing between them, but Takano is still jealous.
