idk a lot of babies are drawn with big eyes in those kinds of manhwas manga etc idk why though?? or maybe they just did it to make it seem like the baby has my cuter and doll like features cause a lot of dolls have big eyes whereas they usually want the adults to look more hot and cooler?? idk im just guessing
