Call me crazy but what if
She already has those powers from the beginning and he kill her so many times and she went back in time so many times there’s was maybe so kinda of glitch that made another soul get into the body, maybe idk
So I wonder she just surfaced her power of healing that's some sick healing or maybe she's not supposed to die by anyone other then her fiance. Because originally he was supposed to kill her from the beginning so perhaps other then him no one can kill her.
