What i understand from a different comment, is that cole (stepdad) started to mark issac but then felix was the one who finished the process of marking so felix and issac are bound
Marking is different from bonding. Bonding is the biting during heat thing, where the two are then basically omegaverse married. Marking is more temporary, but also a possession thing. Basically Felix COVERED Isaac with his pheramones so other alphas would know that Isaac was taken. That is what marking is. In some omegaverse it sticks around for a while, others it is a thing that gets reapplied often. So yes, Felix marked Isaac at the birthday party. But it woulda worn off by now
