As much as I agree with all you've pointed out, I must say, you should remember he's human first, the things he went through do not justify his rude actions, however they do explain them. As I understand it, he went through years of self-loathing and depression, while there was noone for him. Remember yourself the times when you were feeling unwell, I'm sure we'll both agree that at those times it is hard being considerate. In the end, he does regret what he had said and done, but leaving it out of the manga would be counter productive. It is, in the end, best to be truthful and honest.
It's part of being a real human. You sometimes do shit things. Raw real human interaction unlike the usual things we read here.
i’m really happy for them and glad the mc got his happy ending, but i really dislike how the mc was super toxic towards his crush just because they got a girlfriend and the mc putting down one of his girl friend while they were clearly going through a rough time when breaking up with their boyfriend, and he just cuts in and says how she has it better. even though his friend felt bad for him, i felt like he should’ve kept his mouth shut then and came out to them at a better time. and back to his crushes, i get that he was upset they got a girlfriend but it’s not their fault that they don’t like him and he didn’t have to call their girlfriends such rude names :/ mans didn’t even wish that they were going to end up together and only prioritized his happiness over his friend’s. yeah, he has it hard because he was gay and wasn’t accepted, but that really doesn’t justify his actions and the things he said.
