In my opinion, stop before you get suckered in. It was just okay until the 3rd wheel showed up and then it spiraled out of control into utter garbage and culminated with the fucking bitch "wife" siding with her father-in-laws murderer who also attempted to murder her husband. There is only one female lead of a romance manga that I hate more, but not much more. Kako is one dumb fucking, inconsiderate asshole of a bitch.
Here's a comment I made on otakumole when I first "read" raw chapter 55:

I cannot remember the last time I got this pissed at a fictional character. This bitch chose her "victim" over her husband. She now ranks near the top, certainly within the top 5, of my most detested FMCs. Regardless of her rationalizations, regardless of how she now feels after betraying her husband's trust, she has been a horrible wife. For what she is putting Kouta through, she needs to suffer, suffer horribly, and suffer far more than she is making him suffer. The best case scenario, in fact, the only scenario that should result from her actions, is that Kouta files for divorce.
After I read the subsequent English translation, I made this comment:
Now that I've read the translation, I hate that bitch even more. She has risen to the very top of my most hated heroines list. She cares far more for her "victim" than she does for her "husband," that is, if she even gives two shits about him at all. Compared to her "victim," her "husband" is merely an afterthought. If it hadn't been for Yui, she probably wouldn't even have thought about him at all.
And after reading a translation of chapter 56 I posted this comment:
As for the chapter itself, I detest Kako even more so than before. She is so incomprehensibly stupid that it's hard to fathom. With her attitude I would certainly believe that, if she witnessed her "victim" murder her husband, instead of grieving for her husband, she would console her "victim" and tell him it's okay, he didn't mean to do it and that he's really a nice person.
