Tbh to me it seems that the author took the notion of being obsessed with the one you love it made it very extreme to make fun of those who believe it. Both of the mcs are just plain annoying one is a violent idiot and the other just has given up on everything.in general it's a twisted tragedy you just can't look away from cuz leta be honest of this relationship were to end it would either be murder or someone dying of natural causes (on which the other would probably kys) .
