I think I finally get it! When the aunt “abandoned” the MC when he was a kid, it wasn’t because he hated him or didn’t want to look after him, but it was because this new purple hair dude from this chapter was so possesive of the aunt that he wanted to kill the MC. Which is why the aunt knew about that and had to protect the MC when he was a baby by abandoning him..?!!?! Just my theory…
