I think from 14 to under is considered grooming, from 15 you’re still a minor but you can have a consensual relationship with an adult.
At least here in Italy it’s like that.
Nonono as far as I can see this isn't grooming. A simple google search tells you that grooming is making a close connection with a child so that in the future you can manipulate, exploit them etc. What's happening here is just pure. It's sort of like meeting your soul mate at the wrong time. There's a similar(?) Manga to this which is an omegaverse where the uke meets the seme when the seme is still in elementary school while he was in highschool. In the end they waited for eachother and got together when the seme became legal. But then again the age of consent in Japan is 13 idk if that counts for anything though because you could still get arrested for touching a minor but in the previous chaps when the seme tried to make a move on the uke the uke refused so I'm assuming there's no ill intent behind their love so it's not grooming. Cause it's considered that no minor is grown enough to be making any wise decisions, even if it's a cute relationship and they are being treated right, it's illegal and still a crime cus the kid isn't old enough to be making life choices and to be in a relationship with someone much older than them.

Actually if you look up the word grooming in the Cambridge dictionary, it states: "the criminal activity of becoming friends with a child in order to try to persuade the child to have a sexual relationship". That isn't what the MC is doing so I wouldn't call that "grooming" even if it must be making some uncomfortable. People should get their facts straight *sigh*
Can someone explain if having a relationship with an underage person is always considered grooming, coz ive been hearing it a lot, but grooming to me sounds more like i dont know like shaping them the way you want to or manipulating them. I like this story a lot and i think theyre being super duper cute and i cant sense any 'grooming' but i also habent done any research on what 'grooming' includes so if youd educate me then id be very thankful.
Anyway i like this story and i cant wait for ageha-kun to grow up and for a happy ever after (≧∀≦)
