Well reason they use succubus instead incubus is because the demon was the one on the receiving end. Incubus would be a seme. Because incubus usually the one putting it in.

If you click on the incubus link you'll see that in some stories say they are bisexual (though others don't). The problem with myths is that each culture imposes it's own stamp and biases. But the correct term for a male Lilin demon is incubus.
