I think these are somewhat along the lines of what you want. Some of these main characters just have depression and some commit suicide and self-harm but its hard to find a main character who consistently tries to kill herself. Though I hope this helped anyways.

Thank you guys! The type of Manga I was looking for was like the 'main character is depressed but the lover helps them overcome it' kind of manga, not the kind of manga where people die. But I have to say, some of them were an eye opener for me and made me kind of grateful for a lot of things in my life. So even though they weren't the specific kind of manga I was looking for, I'm thankful for your recommendations.
Can you guys reccommend me some shoujo manga where the main character is depressed or tries to kill herself throughout the entire manga? Not just on the first few chapters.
