Can't you ask the school? I went to a private school that had uniforms and I wore pants inside of a skirt.

Nope, I guess it's different in every school. Except if it's in your religion to keep wearing skirt or have circumstances, we all have to wear skirt that only reaches the knee. I'm quite jealous
i am graduated at a private school and i was the few who wear pants at school... since here in ph dengue is common they have rules for girls wearing pants... and it just feels right wearing pants than skirts hahahhaha
Sometimes girls are allowed to wear boy's uniform when there's no size available for them. In Corey's case, she's really tall and I guess there's no uniform her size. That could be why she wears pants instead of skirts.
