So it looks like Seo Ilmo is planning to frame Jeong-Yeon (/cheater ex) for the murders. Since they are *already* considering him a suspect, it's likely that some DNA or other evidence pointing to Jeong-Yeon was found on the body, too. That way, he could no longer easily report Seo Ilmo for it either if he managed to escape.
I wonder about that cop though... It did sound like Seo may have implied something about the cop having supposedly "hurt" Ah-in... Though it also looks like he may generally be taking the "I am Justice and those who oppose me (i.e. police) are Evil" stance - how very Kira of him ╮(￣▽￣)╭
