Well it depends, I have friends that in fact pass out, or that drink to the point of vomiting all over themselves so I've had to shower them, and I check on them at night to verify that they are breathing and not choking with their vomit lol. Also some of them try to kiss anyone while they are drunk, I'm the mom kind of friend so I experienced those scenarios, for me is not unrealistic lol
I mean .. it's not like I haven't seen this behavious but if you are their friend you need to step in before they go that far. That's just alcohol abuse and way beyond what you should do when going out.
drunk people irl = more out-going, louder and can get pretty embarrassing but generally still the same person
drunk people in webtoons = pass out dead after 2 beers and need to be carried home, if they are not black-out drunk they just have to confess and then proceed to have sex (with a high-chance of falling asleep in the middle of it) and YOU JUST KNOW they'll forget everything that happened
and of course it's completely normal to change the clothes of a drunk person ???
