Late reply but the kotodama are people who can use their words to affect reality with the price the that they get hurt every time they use their power. The kami are paper dolls made from human ashes. The kami do not age and their purpose is to take the injuries the kotodama are supposed to get whenever they use their powers. When a kotodama dies, their ashes are kept and are eventually used to create kami. The kami do not inherit the memories of whoever's ashes they were made from.
I dun get it?? What’s a kami? What’s a kotodama? Are they all kamis? Do they have abilities? What’s up with Kon? What..?
