Well, I can say that if she ever found out, she'd be angry. So fucken angry. Like, "you were my first, how come you didn't save yourself for your future spouse." And, it will always be in the back of their mind. They will act like they're fine with it, but just know, they're really not. And when argument happens, that topic will be brought up at some point.
