actually it means "my heart ONLY beats for you" and "I fell in love with you" and not "I love you" .... it's not huge but well i find it more romantic haha

    I don’t understand french but I know chinese. It was translated that way because in the original chinese manhua, they placed “我愛你” as the translation for the french words so it was directly translated as “I love you” which is what “我愛你” exactly means. Apparently, it’s not the exact words for the french counterpart blame the chinese author
