They did it but it wasn't shown since Seungeon(19) is still not of legal age so author can't draw it explicitly yet ( legal age in S Korea is 20). Hyungseo is 20 thats why it was shown. And Jiwook is the oldest(21) thats why we also saw his dic in that one chapter (chap 13 I think). ^-^
Actually Seungeon is only 17. Hyungseo is 18 and Jiwook is 19. But your explanation is correct
Hyungseo himself said he is 20 though. It was in chapter 3 when he i troduced himself to Jiwook, but the person who translated that chapter didn't translate that part.
